Max Payne Mobile iOS Review: RockStar Classic, Modern Average

Posted by -Jet- on April 17, 2012 at 5:40 PM Comments comments (0)

I have to admit that I have a certain bias towards anything and everything Grand Theft Auto and Rockstar, and in turn, was enough for me to look past the sheer age of GTA 3. Max Payne is a different story. While I certainly enjoyed playing the game on the PS2, it never struck me in the back like GTA 3. Needless to say though, Max Payne Mobile puts that irrational hate in a box,...

Mass Effect Infiltrator iOS review

Posted by -Jet- on April 2, 2012 at 9:00 PM Comments comments (0)

Mass Effect has seen its share of popularity these past months, and to keep it up, Electronic Arts and Bioware have been kindful enough to consider the under-represented population of the iPhone an iPad community. Six Guns by Gameloft Review: The Revenge of the Freemium

Posted by -Jet- on December 20, 2011 at 9:55 PM Comments comments (1)

If the game blew me away the way most of Glu Interactive's does. Instead, the 800 Mb download is an app riddled with graphic problems, poor gameplay mechanics, and an overall sinister revenue model.

Yes that's right, I ...

*Update*  As it turns out, Gameloft turns away from the idea of making such a prominent Hack-N-Slash game freemium, and you no longer have to worry about those pesky ads. Look to the skys and thank Gameloft.

I had the misfortune of already purchasing the game, but tho...

Posted by -Jet- on December 20, 2011 at 7:55 PM Comments comments (0)

Featuring as 9mm took over three months to have its own 0.99 cent sale, I was kind of suprised to see the game go for such a cheap price. Well, December is the time for sharing, so I guess Gameloft had some sort of change of heart. If you have 0.99 cents, this game holds its own pretty darn well.
